VLSP is located in the Telesca Center for Justice, 1 West Main Street, 5th Floor, Rochester, New York.  Our building is at the corner of West Main Street and Exchange Boulevard.

From the East: Take NYS Thruway (1-90) west to Exit 45 (Rochester). Take 490 west to the Broad Street/Plymouth Avenue exit just past Clinton Avenue. Continue going straight after exiting. At the first traffic light, make a right onto Broad Street. Continue past the Plymouth Avenue traffic light. Make a left at the next traffic light (Fitzhugh Street). Proceed 1-1/2 blocks (crossing Main Street). There is an open parking lot on left and Sister Cities Garage on the right.

From the West: Take NYS Thruway (1-90) east to Exit 47 (LeRoy).  Take 490 east to the Plymouth Avenue exit (Downtown West exit). Turn right onto Plymouth Avenue. Take the first left onto Church Street. Turn right at the stop sign onto N. Fitzhugh Street. Enter Sister Cities Garage on the left.

From the South:Take 390 North to 490 east. Take the Plymouth Avenue exit (Downtown West exit). Turn right onto Plymouth Avenue. Take first left onto Church Street. Turn right at stop sign on N. Fitzhugh Street. Enter Sister Cities Garage on right.

From the Northwest: Take 390 South to 490 east. Take 490 east to the Plymouth Avenue exit (Downtown West exit). Turn right onto Plymouth Avenue. Take the first left onto Church Street. Turn right at the stop sign onto N. Fitzhugh Street. Enter Sister Cities Garage on the left.

From the Northeast: Take 590 South to 490 west. Take 490 west to the Broad Street/Plymouth Avenue exit just past Clinton Avenue. Continue going straight after exiting. At the first traffic light, make a right onto Broad Street. Continue past the Plymouth Avenue traffic light. Make a left at the next traffic light (Fitzhugh Street). Proceed 1-1/2 blocks (crossing Main Street). There is an open parking lot on left and Sister Cities Garage on the right.

From the Sister Cities Garage to VLSP: walk south 1/2 blocks on Fitzhugh Street and turn left onto Main Street. Proceed one block to the major intersection of West Main Street and Exchange Boulevard/State Street, turn right and cross West Main Street. The Telesca Center for Justice, 1 West Main Street, is located at the corner of West Main Street and Exchange Boulevard. Take elevator to the 5th Floor.
