VLSP provides free legal assistance to eligible low income persons in the following applications and areas:
Legal permanent residence
Naturalization.
Violence Against Women Act Petitions for immigrant victims of domestic violence.  
Deferred action and employment authorization for persons qualifying under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status 
Temporary Protected Status

​VLSP is unable to represent persons in immigration detention.
